Monroe police searching for suspect after shooting at officers

MONROE, La. (KNOE) - UPDATE: MPD says Crime Stoppers of North Delta will pay up to $10,000 for any information leading to the arrest or grand jury indictment of Webb.

UPDATE: The Monroe Police Department identified the suspect as Isszvian Webb.
Officers say they initiated a traffic stop on Feb. 5 when Webb stuck an AR-15-style rifle at the officer.
According to police, Webb then shot at two other officers during the pursuit.
MPD says Webb is wanted on the charges of three counts of attempted first-degree murder.
Webb is said to be one of the three juveniles who recently escaped from Green Oaks Detention Center.

The Monroe Police Department is searching for a person involved in a shooting on Feb. 5, 2023 around 3 p.m. near the 1600 block of South 8th Street.
MPD says the suspect is a slender, black male in his late teens or early 20s. They say he was wearing dark clothing and was last seen running east from the incident.
